My Team

Leon leads a multidisciplinary Retail team of approximately 35 professionals. The team combines expertise in asset management, leasing, real estate strategy, technical advisory, and marketing to provide integrated solutions for clients.

Working primarily with institutional investors, property owners, and retail organisations, the team focuses on optimising retail portfolios, developing leasing strategies, asset repositioning, and future-proofing shopping destinations and retail centres.

By combining expertise across multiple disciplines, the team delivers measurable improvements in both operational and financial performance. Collaboration, ownership, and a results-driven mindset are at the core of its approach. Through this integrated approach, the team delivers measurable impact on both financial performance and portfolio quality.
