About

Mark is an Account Group Manager and a Partner within Asset Services, overseeing the Offices and Industrial & Logistics teams. With 35 years of experience in property management, Mark has been a member of the Asset Services Management Team since 2011. In addition, he serves as a member of the Dutch Commercial Leadership Team (CLT).

Since beginning his career in Asset Services in the 1990s, he has consistently led the management of international client portfolios. Under his leadership, the managed portfolio has grown to over 3.5 million sqm as of 2025, with clients having partnered with us for more than 25 years.

Within the organization, Mark is recognized as an expert in establishing and sustaining international client relationships, consistently aligning long-term partnerships with operational excellence.

My Team

Mark leads a team of 42 professionals, including account managers, technical and facility managers, and their support teams. Together, in 2025, they manage a diverse portfolio of 165 properties on behalf of 25 clients, covering more than 3.5 million sqm. This scale reflects the team's operational strength and the enduring trust placed in them by long-term clients.
