Mohamed Tarmach is an Associate Valuer and Head of the Office Valuation Team within Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, he advises institutional investors, property owners, banks, and developers on a wide range of valuation matters within the Dutch office real estate market.

With extensive experience in the valuation of office real estate, Mohamed supports clients with valuations for financing purposes, financial reporting, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic real estate decision-making. He has significant experience in the valuation of both individual office assets and large-scale office portfolios, advising a broad range of national and international clients.

Mohamed combines in-depth market knowledge with an analytical and solution-oriented approach. His expertise in international valuation standards, valuation methodologies, and reporting requirements enables clients to make well-informed real estate decisions based on reliable and thoroughly substantiated valuations. His focus on quality, operational excellence, and client service has made him a trusted advisor within the office sector.

The Office Valuation Team within Valuation & Advisory consists of experienced real estate valuers with a strong focus on the Dutch office market. Based in the Netherlands, the team combines in-depth local market knowledge with the expertise and international reach of Cushman & Wakefield's EMEA network.

The team advises institutional investors, real estate funds, banks, developers, and property owners on a wide range of valuation matters. Through independent advice, high-quality valuations, and up-to-date market insights, the team supports clients with investment, financing, and strategic real estate decisions.
