Ralph is a partner at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands, based in Amsterdam, and leads the Valuations & Advisory (V&A) team for Specialist Markets. He is a recognized expert in hospitality real estate, with over a decade of experience in hotel analysis, valuation and advisory. Ralph supports a diverse client base - including institutional investors, banks, hotel operators, and developers - by delivering high-quality valuations for loan security, accounts, taxation or for internal purposes. Other work includes advisory services on behalf of investors and operators such as operator selections, feasibility studies and hotel due diligence.

Ralph’s deep understanding of the hospitality sector and alternative real estate assets positions him as a trusted advisor in complex transactions across the Netherlands.

My Team

Ralph leads a team of approximately 24 valuation professionals specializing in alternative real estate sectors. The team’s expertise spans Healthcare, Hospitality, Trading Assets, Development Projects, Technical assets and Reinstatement costs. Together, they deliver tailored valuation and consulting services for specialized and operational real estate.
