About
Robbert Akkermans is a Senior Valuer within Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Eindhoven, he is responsible for the valuation of commercial real estate across the southern region of the Netherlands, including North Brabant, Limburg, and Zeeland.
With more than 25 years of valuation experience, Robbert has developed extensive expertise across a broad range of real estate sectors. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2016, he spent fifteen years at ING Real Estate Finance, where he specialised in the valuation of commercial real estate, development projects, land positions, and area developments.
Robbert advises private and institutional investors, developers, contractors, municipalities, banks, and financial institutions on complex valuation matters. His experience includes retail real estate, residential real estate, industrial real estate, logistics assets, land positions, and redevelopment projects. He has also been involved in specialist assignments, including the valuation of large-scale area developments, expert valuations in relation to state aid regulations, and complex industrial assets.
