Roel Duijvelshoff is an experienced real estate and construction professional within Cushman & Wakefield's Project & Development Services team. Based in Utrecht, he advises clients on complex new-build developments, renovation projects, and workplace fit-outs, supporting organisations from initial strategy through to project delivery.

Drawing on extensive experience in project management, construction management, and programme management, Roel helps clients deliver projects efficiently, mitigate risks, and achieve their business objectives. He brings together the right project teams, develops tailored delivery strategies, and ensures effective collaboration between all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
