Sander van Tuijl is a Partner and Head of Leasing at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Working from the firm's Eindhoven office, he leads the nationwide Industrial & Logistics leasing business and advises clients on complex real estate challenges across the industrial and logistics sector.

Known for his structured approach, collaborative mindset, and results-driven attitude, Sander helps occupiers, owners, and investors achieve their real estate and business objectives. Combining in-depth market knowledge with a pragmatic approach, he supports clients in identifying opportunities, developing effective real estate strategies, and optimising portfolio performance.

With extensive experience in the Dutch industrial and logistics real estate market, Sander works closely with clients to deliver tailored solutions that support growth, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

My Team

Sander leads a nationwide Industrial & Logistics team of regional specialists, supported by experts from various disciplines across Cushman & Wakefield. As part of the management team, he is involved in leading a national platform of approximately 80 professionals dedicated to supporting clients with a wide range of real estate requirements.

The team advises clients on leasing, tenant representation, acquisitions, disposals, renovations, and strategic real estate advisory for business locations. By combining specialist expertise, local market knowledge, and a nationwide network, the team supports clients throughout the entire real estate lifecycle.
