Stijn is a Partner within the Offices Leasing team at Cushman & Wakefield and has been advising organizations on a wide range of corporate real estate matters for over ten years. Together with a team of Corporate Real Estate Advisors, he supports clients in translating organizational objectives into tangible real estate requirements and in developing tailored occupancy strategies and scenarios.

In addition, Stijn advises clients on location strategies, the leasing and/or acquisition of office space, as well as on lease restructurings and renewals.

With his broad experience and strategic approach, Stijn enables organizations to make well-informed and future-proof real estate decisions. Over the years, he has built a strong track record in managing complex real estate transactions for a wide range of national and international clients.
