Stijn Middendorp is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield's Offices Leasing team. Based in Eindhoven, he has been advising organisations on a wide range of corporate real estate matters for more than ten years, helping them align their real estate strategy with broader business objectives.

Working alongside a team of Corporate Real Estate Advisors, Stijn helps clients translate future business needs into effective occupancy strategies and tailored real estate scenarios. By combining market expertise, strategic insight, and a pragmatic approach, he enables organisations to make informed and future-focused real estate decisions.

His expertise includes location strategy, the leasing and acquisition of office space, as well as lease restructurings and renewals. Stijn supports national and international clients throughout the entire process, from strategic planning and site selection to negotiations and transaction execution.

With a strong track record in complex office transactions, he helps clients optimise their real estate portfolios, attract talent, and create workplace solutions that support long-term business success.
