Thijs van den Brink is part of the Retail Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, he advises investors, property owners, and other market participants on the acquisition and disposal of retail real estate, with a particular focus on large-scale shopping centres and retail clusters.

Drawing on his background in Strategic Consulting, Thijs brings a strong analytical foundation to his work. He combines expertise in market intelligence, data analytics, dashboarding, and Asset Quality Rating methodologies with commercial insight to identify investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
