Tom Custers is Team Lead within Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, he is responsible for the property management of office and industrial & logistics portfolios on behalf of international investors.

With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and having been with Cushman & Wakefield since 2007, Tom advises property owners and investors on optimising the performance of their real estate portfolios. He combines strong operational expertise with commercial insight to help clients maximise asset value throughout the real estate lifecycle.

In his role, Tom coordinates and oversees multidisciplinary client teams and is responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial, financial, and technical matters across complex real estate portfolios. He supports clients with property management, portfolio optimisation, tenant relations, service charge management, and the improvement of operational asset performance.

In addition, Tom advises clients on the leasing, positioning, and optimisation of real estate assets. His pragmatic approach, market knowledge, and focus on results help clients mitigate risks, enhance tenant satisfaction, and improve the performance of their investments.
