About

Virginia Holt is a Senior Consultant within the Living Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, she advises developers, investors, and property owners on residential transactions, development opportunities, and strategic investment decisions across the Dutch living sector.

Virginia supports clients throughout the entire transaction process, combining market knowledge, financial analysis, and commercial insight to help them maximise value and achieve their investment objectives. Her expertise includes transaction advisory, investor selection, financial analysis, and strategic advice for both existing residential assets and new development projects.

With experience in both real estate and urban development, Virginia brings a broad perspective to complex residential investment opportunities. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, she worked at the Port of Amsterdam, where she was involved in real estate and area development projects, including Haven-Stad, one of the Netherlands' largest urban transformation initiatives.

Having grown up in Spain and worked in international environments, Virginia combines a strong understanding of the Dutch residential market with an international outlook. Clients value her analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to translate market dynamics into clear and actionable advice that supports long-term value creation.
