About

Willem Rodermond is partner and co-head Valuation & Advisory Commercial Real Estate at Cushman & Wakefield. Together with Mark Berlee, he leads the V&A CRE platform, comprising the sector valuations teams Offices, Industrial & logistics and Retail, as well as four regional teams.

Willem has more than fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on valuation. He is fascinated by the dynamics of real estate markets and excels at translating market movements into clear, relevant insights for clients. In addition to his technical expertise, he is driven by leading and developing teams and by supporting the growth of people and talent within the organisation.
