Willem Rodermond is partner and co-head Valuation & Advisory Commercial Real Estate at Cushman & Wakefield. Willem has more than fifteen years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong focus on valuation. He is fascinated by the dynamics of real estate markets and excels at translating market movements into clear, relevant insights for clients. In addition to his technical expertise, he is driven by leading and developing teams and by supporting the growth of people and talent within the organisation.

Alongside his MRICS, RT and REV qualifications, Willem holds the CIS HypZert MLV certification, which enables him to determine mortgage lending values for German Pfandbrief banks.

My Team

As co-head valuation & advisory commercial real estate, Willem leads the entire V&A CRE platform in the Netherlands. Within this role, he helps define the strategic direction and is responsible for further strengthening quality and consistency within the valuation process. His focus areas include the retail segment, innovation and talent development. In addition, Willem plays an active role in client relationship management and business development.
