Wouter van der Burg is a Real Estate Advisor and Valuer within the Residential team at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Amsterdam, he advises investors, developers, housing associations and institutional property owners on a wide range of residential real estate matters, including housing market analysis, residential portfolios, portfolio valuation, development advisory and project optimisation.
As part of the Valuation & Advisory practice, Wouter supports clients throughout the lifecycle of residential developments. He advises on residential projects during the acquisition and design phases, prepares market and feasibility studies, and provides guidance on pricing strategies, product positioning and residential development optimisation.
