Marcin is a Senior Negotiator in Industrial & Logistics Department at Cushman & Wakefield.

He is responsible for leasing warehouse and industrial space, maintaining relations with developers and tenants, advising clients and supervising projects carried out in the Wrocław region.

Marcin has gained his experience in real estate market for over eight years. Previously, he worked for JLL and a local real estate office in Wrocław. During that time he represented both landlords and tenants. He cooperated with investment funds and developers such as TFI PZU, Deka Immobilien, Patrizia AG, as well as Echo Investment and Avestus Real Estate. He also took part in many processes in which he represented tenants such as Deloitte, Cognex and Goldbeck.

He graduated from Finance and Accounting Faculty at Wroclaw University of Economics with specialization in Real Estate Market.
