Cushman & Wakefield Announces UK Specialist Markets Valuation & Advisory Lead

Jonathan Stickells succeeds Tom Nuttall, who took up the role of Head of UK Valuation & Advisory at the start of the year

London , 13 March 2024 - Real estate services firm, Cushman & Wakefield, has today announced that Jonathan Stickells has been appointed to head up its national Specialist Markets Valuation & Advisory team.

Stickells, an International Partner who joined the firm 11 years ago, will lead the team that provides Valuation & Advisory services across Residential, PBSA, Self-Storage, Healthcare, and Hospitality. Prior to this he was Head of UK Residential V&A at the firm, managing the valuation of large national residential investment portfolios and prime London residential assets for accounting, acquisition, and disposal.

Cushman & Wakefield’s specialist Valuation & Advisory team sits within the firm’s Specialist Markets division and advises clients on transactions, valuation, development, regeneration, and consultancy projects across alternative asset classes. The team provides data-led advice and commercial insight to deliver tailored solutions to support clients.

Stickells’ promotion follows the recruitment of Emily Fox as Partner to the firm’s Residential V&A team in the Midlands at the end of 2023. Cushman & Wakefield also recently announced the promotion of Manchester-based Chad Davies as UK Head of Regions V&A.
