Infographic: The Largest Part of Your Workforce May be Struggling the Most

Bryan Berthold • 3/15/2021

The first in a series of insights from Experience per Square FootTM 2.0 (XSF) reveals that mid-tenure employees – those with 3-5 years on the job – may be struggling the most with today’s enforced remote working. This group is the largest in today’s workforce, and they struggle the most of all tenure groups according to our XSF survey. Use our interactive graphic to explore the benefit of being in the office can have for this cohort. The difference between being in the office three days a week or more, or only 3 days a month or less, is dramatic across seven key indices:

Feeling a bond with colleagues
Continuing to learn
Having a work-life balance
Feeling connected to the company culture
Feeling energized during the day
Learning from mentors
Feeling inspired at work
