Bryan Berthold is the Global Lead of Workplace Experience and Senior Managing Director within Cushman & Wakefield’s Total Workplace practice. This practice includes all aspects of developing and supporting new ways of working in a more virtual and distribute world. Bryan’s architectural, workplace and change expertise builds holistic solutions that integrate experiences for clients and employees including the trademarked Experience per Square Foot™ diagnostic. Mr. Berthold works to lead and inspire teams to improve a client’s brand experience with solutions that drive culture and integrate people, place and technology.
The global practice leverages best-practice research, predictive analytics, design thinking, and key partnerships as part of a Total Workplace Ecosystem across Cushman & Wakefield. Total Workplace brings clients to the forefront of modernized workplace by leveraging hoteling and desk sharing strategies, agile working methodology and workplace technology strategies to support businesses new ways of working and building compelling client and workplace experiences that increase value, engagement, improve the bottom line and accelerate a client’s progress toward their strategic objectives. Workplace Experience serves as client catalyst within the Total Workplace Group, helping to drive change, create compelling experiences.
Mr. Berthold is a licensed architect and has over 15 years on the client side developing real estate and workplace strategies for companies. Prior to joining C&W, he was SVP, Corporate Real Estate & Workplace at SunTrust Bank in Atlanta, where he rolled out their first Activity Based Workplace program and co-working space. Bryan is an industry leader in workplace strategy and the alignment of business and real estate strategies. He has been active in workplace and portfolio strategies for more than 20 years with SunTrust Bank, TD Financial Group, Washington Mutual, Capital One Financial and Fleet Boston Financial now Bank of America.
