The National Strategic Advisory & Brokerage Team specializes in healthcare and is purpose built to partner with health systems and multi-location specialty practice groups to design and implement real estate strategies that support clinical growth, operational efficiency, and compliance.
On behalf of our partners, the team is responsible for more than $500 Million in annual real estate spend across 15 million square feet in over 2,000 locations spanning nearly all 50 states.
The team is part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Advisory Practice comprised of 300+ professionals, who represent each of our real estate disciplines—portfolio strategy and advisory services; brokerage and transaction management; capital markets; property and facility management; project management; property appraisal and valuations—all tailored to healthcare providers.
