Lindsey Groom joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2010 and has 19 years of commercial real estate experience. She is a member of the firm’s DC Metro Healthcare Advisory Group, providing strategic advisory and brokerage services to hospital systems, physician practice groups, and investors in healthcare real estate across the country. She and her team advise clients with expertise surrounding patient experience, service line growth, patient and payer mix analysis, clinical space utilization, portfolio optimization and regulatory compliance.
