Amy Foote, CCIM, is a seasoned real estate professional who recently transitioned from a distinguished career in retail commercial real estate to healthcare real estate. In her current role as Senior Transaction Manager, she specializes in medical office and healthcare facility transactions, leveraging her expertise in structuring and managing complex deals to meet the growing demand for healthcare assets across Florida. 

Previously, Amy served as Senior Associate on Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida Retail Services Team, where she focused on retail investments and agency leasing. Her deep market knowledge and analytical approach have earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to both institutional and local clients. 

A Florida native, Amy actively engages with industry organizations including ICSC, CREW, and the CCIM Central District, where she currently chairs the Mentorship Committee. She proudly earned her CCIM designation in 2025. 

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amy is a dual Australian citizen with global investment ties and a passion for travel—bringing a unique international perspective to real estate and market trends.
