Amy Foote is a distinguished Senior Associate on the Florida Retail Services Team at Cushman & Wakefield Orlando. Her meticulous and dynamic mindset has cultivated a passion for commercial real estate since 2006. Amy has honed her expertise in the acquisition and disposition of retail investments, as well as landlord representation and site selection for retail leasing tenant representation.

Amy’s analytical skills are an asset for institutional and local clients, investors, and landlords. Her ability to underwrite complex transactions is particularly noteworthy, and she brings a wealth of experience in the commercial arena. From in-depth knowledge of current market conditions to planned development activity, Amy possesses a deep understanding of the intricacies of commercial real estate.

As a former partner of the notorious “Queen of Retail” Cynthia Shelton, CCIM, CRE of LQ Commercial Real Estate Services in Orlando, Amy has worked alongside some of the most distinguished professionals in the industry. She also gained considerable insight into investment real estate acquisitions and dispositions during her tenure as an Operations Manager of The Ledvora Group at Marcus & Millichap in Orlando, where she assisted with retail acquisitions and dispositions. Early in her career, she has worked with Sperry Van Ness Paradigm Group as their Office Manager, where she assisted with office sales and leasing.

Amy is a Florida native who has witnessed the ebbs and flows of the Central Florida market. Her understanding of this region's growth trajectory and market dynamics has enabled her to excel in her role. She is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW), and Certified Commercial Investment Member’s (CCIM) Central Chapter District, where she sits on the Board of Directors as the Mentorship Committee Chair for 2025. Amy is also a current candidate pursuing the coveted CCIM designation.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Amy is a dual Australian citizen with global investment ties. Her innate curiosity and passion for travel have fueled her success in commercial real estate and beyond.
