George Tikijian III, is an Executive Vice Chair in the Indianapolis office of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously he was principal and Senior Managing Director of Tikijian Associates – Multihousing Investment Advisors, an Indianapolis based broker and advisor to apartment owners, investors and managers. Cushman & Wakefield purchased Tikijian Associates in November 2018.

During the first 20 years of his career, George was a Senior Vice President and Multi-housing specialist with CBRE.

During his 38-year career George has been involved in the sale of more than 539 apartment communities totaling in excess of 127,000 units with total consideration in excess of $7.2 Billion.

George has been a board member of the Indiana Apartment Association the past 32 years and has served in several leadership position. He is on the Indiana University Kelley School Dean’s Council. Previously George was on the Board (and Chair) of the Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) Indianapolis office

George is a graduate of Indiana University Kelley School of Business with a degree in Finance.
