Profile
Molly Westbrook joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services leadership in July 2016. As Executive Managing Director, Ms. Westbrook is responsible for growing Cushman Wakefield’s Asset Services portfolio in the Canadian market. Ms. Westbrook leads all property management, leasing and project & development services activity and works closely with local market leaders and brokerage teams to develop new business and industry relationships. Ms. Westbrook adds value and expertise to all aspects of office, retail, and industrial property relations, including hands-on experience in leasing, payment collection, insurance contracts, construction management, risk assessment, property damage control, and client interactions.
Her strong work ethic, particularly effective in business planning and long-term strategies, consistently ensures strong investment returns and maximized profits.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Westbrook was three years with Commonwealth Partners, managing its 500,000 square foot Cottonwood Corporate Center; and eight years with CBRE in various management roles.

- CommonWealth Partners/Cottonwood Corporate Center: with an ENERGY STAR score of 94, her property management in 2013 oversaw a four-phased retrofit and recalibration of the building’s lighting and HVAC systems, resulting in annual energy-cost savings of $35,000—a 17% improvement over the building’s 2012’s baseline.
