Benjamin Riddle joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Director and has over 17 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Riddle’s primary market coverage includes South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Riddle’s appraisal experience includes all commercial property types, including residential subdivisions, multi-family, office/retail/industrial product and commercial land.

Mr. Riddle began his real estate career shortly after receiving a B.S. in Real Estate from the University of South Carolina. He practiced as a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial for over five years with a focus on investment sales. In 2012, Mr. Riddle joined the Valuation & Advisory Services division with CBRE and consistently performed in the Top 10% with a division of over 600 professionals.

In 2018, Mr. Riddle joined Cushman & Wakefield Valuation Advisory Services and opened an office in Charleston, SC. After six years of servicing and expanding Southeastern US coverage, Mr. Riddle has taken the opportunity to open an office in Montana to help better service clients throughout the West. This coverage includes Montana, Idaho, Washington, Utah, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming and Colorado.
