Charlie is an investment asset specialist with primary focus on the Melbourne, Victoria industrial markets. Charlie provides 9 years commercial real estate experience across valuations, advisory and transactions. Most recently, he’s worked directly with senior agents Tony Iuliano and Adrian Rowse where he accomplished in excess of AU$8.0 billion of successful industrial and logistics investment transactions, nationally. Charlie’s passion is to utilise his strong analytical expertise to develop close connections and unlock assets’ hidden value to ultimately deliver best outcomes for his clients.
Charlie is a Certified Valuer and Associate Member of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI, CPV) and holds a Bachelor of Property and Real Estate at Deakin University, Diploma of Building and Construction at RMIT, and studied strategic marketing abroad in Sweden.
