With over 20 year's experience, Josh is a highly accomplished and successful real estate professional, specialising in tenant advisory and office leasing. He runs the multi-national corporations' desk on behalf of Cushman and Wakefield Hong Kong, acting on behalf of international and local occupiers. Having transacted over 8.5 million sf globally, he has a deep understanding of the asset class and is able to create and implement innovative tailored solutions for large complex multi site projects. As a trusted advisor, Josh provides real estate advice and office brokerage services to international occupiers, leading developers, landlords and investors across all business sectors which includes: real estate strategy, complex financial analysis (P&L vs Cashflow), Stay vs Go analysis, lease renewal, rent review, lease acquisition and disposal, surrender and sub-lease.
He has strong personal connections with C-suite decision makers of all major landlords in Hong Kong. His expertise is to manage complex office transactions from analyzing workplace requirements to formulating real estate strategies, negotiation and execution.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Josh spent 13 years as a senior broker at CBRE where he consistently delivered exceptional results, receiving multiple awards for executing complex, landmark transactions. Prior to that Josh spent 4 years with DTZ, based in London, working on various large scale leasing projects across the UK & European markets.
