Kris has been involved as a consultant within the property and construction industry for over 17 years.  During this time, he has worked on a wide range of commercial property transactions and construction projects in Australia and the UK.  He has experience of working in the public and private sectors on asset classes ranging across commercial office, retail, industrial, healthcare, retirement living and hotels. 

Prior to relocating to Australia, Kris was involved in client-side project management for seven years in Belfast.  During this time, he managed a large spectrum of projects including standard office fit-outs, refurbishments, and new build constructions.  During his time in Australia, Kris has undertaken technical due diligence on some of the largest commercial property transactions to occur nationally over the past decade. 

Kris’s career has focused on technical due diligence, condition reporting and project management, which provides him with an insight into the full property ownership cycle, from construction and/or pre-acquisition investigations, through asset management activities and ultimately to disposal.
