Mietta has worked in the Corporate Real Estate sector since 2019 in various markets including Melbourne, New York, Sydney and most recently specifically focused on representing commercial tenants in the Melbourne CBD, Fringe and Suburban markets. In the Tenant Advisory role she specialises in assisting occupiers with their leasing strategies, which includes anything from determining workplace requirements, identifying possible opportunities and negotiating the best leasing outcome available (relocations and renewals).
