Nicholas has over 25 years’ experience in valuations and has also acted as a Land Economist for TransGrid (owner, manager and operator of the NSW high voltage electricity network).
Nicholas has wide experience across all property sectors and now focuses on providing advice within our dedicated Government/Legal/Corporate team across a diverse range of assets and property types, including (but not limited to) acquisitions/disposals, easement and compulsory acquisition advice, litigation valuations, corporate portfolio advice/valuations, highest and best use analysis, rental matters, land value objections and court appointed matters.
He has also sat on the PCA Planning & Infrastructure Committee, the PCA Sydney CBD Office Committee, is LEADR Mediation trained and is a former company director of Australia Pacific and Landmark White (NSW).
