Director in Charge of the Gold Coast office for Cushman & Wakefield Scott is responsible for the growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s market share and revenue in this important region along with managing and mentoring the Gold Coast team. Scott has 12 years' commercial real estate experience and has gained extensive knowledge of the industrial market. Motivated to succeed, he has an enthusiasm for piecing deals together and creating successful outcomes for both clients and customers. He is passionate about the industrial property market and his role in adding value to the transactions he is involved with. With a growing track record gained on various significant projects, Scott has expertise in land projects and building sales, investment sales, leasing, design and construct and turnkey packages.
