Based in Amsterdam, Maarten de Jong is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s EMEA Debt & Structured Finance team. With more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, he advises investors, developers, and real estate owners on complex financing transactions across Europe.
Maarten specialises in structuring and sourcing capital across the full real estate capital stack, leveraging an extensive network of more than 300 lenders and capital providers. His experience spans both investment financing and development financing across a wide range of asset classes and European markets.
Known for his hands-on approach and strong execution capabilities, Maarten works closely with clients to understand their investment strategies, financing objectives, and long-term ambitions. By combining in-depth market knowledge with long-standing lender relationships, he helps clients secure competitive financing solutions that support portfolio growth, optimise returns, and create long-term value.
