Charles Taylor is Managing Partner at Cushman & Wakefield with over 25 years experience in the property profession. He joined C&W's Warsaw office in July 2013. Prior to this, he spent the last 15 years in Hungary, where he held the position of Managing Director of the C&W’s Budapest office. He was also responsible for coordinating the firm’s Capital Markets Team across Central Europe. He has a significant track record of closing successful transactions, the most recent being the acquisition of major office portfolio in Budapest, Millennium Towers (JV), Science Park, Alkotás Point, concluded on behalf of Heitman and the acquisition of TriGranit’s Arena Centar, Zagreb.
