Profile
Andrew has over 25 years’ experience, joining Cushman & Wakefield in June 2012, prior to which he was at CBRE.
He has developed expertise in development consultancy, pre-leasing and leasing and advises landlords on some of the largest Central London office developments.
Andrew leads the agency team based in the City office which is the most experienced team in the Central London Market consisting of 22 surveyors.
Andrew works closely with the architects and other members of the professional team to design a building fit for purpose for the target audience; while retaining the ability to bespoke elements to maximize the engagement with an occupier once considering the development.
His role also encompasses working closely with other London market teams including investment on strategic purchases as well as lease advisory on major lease re-gear opportunities.

Andrew has advised on over 5 million sq ft of development over the past 15 years, working on some of the most iconic and significant sites in London. These include:
Watermark Place (491,000 sq ft) pre-let to Nomura for UBS and Oxford Properties.
Plantation Place (550,000 sq ft) pre-let to Accenture for British Land.
Ropemaker Place (592,000 sq ft) pre-let to tenants including Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi and Macquarie Bank for British Land.
Principal Place (600,000 sq ft) pre-let to Amazon on behalf of Brookfield.
Bankside 2 & 3 (360,000 sq ft) leased to Omnicom on behalf of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
Creechurch Place (300,000 sq ft) Leasing campaign for HOOPP/Helical.
28 Chancery Lane (95,000 sq ft) leased to Framestore for Viridis.
Development Consultancy
Advising Old Park Lane / Core on the redevelopment of buildings in Ropemaker Street where an application has been submitted for 500,000 sq ft.
Advising AFFIA / Stanhope on the redevelopment of Garrard House, 31 Gresham Street which has been vacated by Schroders in 2018 totaling 170,000 sq ft.
