James Lewis is a Senior Transaction Manager within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services division, where he leads strategic disposition initiatives for a major national real estate portfolio across North America. As the Account Manager for Circle K’s surplus asset portfolio, he directs the execution and optimization of more than 225 properties throughout North America, partnering closely with senior client leadership to advance portfolio strategy, streamline operations, and maximize asset value.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2020, James has overseen more than $360 million in real estate dispositions, delivered over $4 million in client savings, and supported the expansion of 1.8 million square feet of space across multiple portfolios and franchise platforms. His expertise spans portfolio optimization, transaction strategy, complex negotiations, and large scale execution across diverse markets.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, client strategy, and business operations, James is known for leading high profile initiatives, cultivating strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering solutions aligned with evolving client objectives. His collaborative leadership style and market driven approach have positioned him as a trusted advisor to both clients and internal leadership teams.

Beyond his client work, James serves on the UNITY board—one of Cushman & Wakefield’s employee resource groups—supporting initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, community impact, and fostering an inclusive culture across the organization.
