James is a Transaction Manager within the Global Occupier Services division. Currently, he is responsible for managing dispositions of over 225 locations of surplus property in the U.S and Canada. He is also responsible for overseeing and managing real estate transaction services including managing and negotiating contracts and lease documents for various clients.   

James joined Cushman & Wakefield in December 2020 as a Transaction Specialist, bringing 8 + years of experience. He was exceptionally fluid as he quickly flew into action working through six portfolios negotiating abatements and deferments during the pandemic to save his clients over $3 million while continuing to service the needs of opening space for new clients. In his most recent work, James successfully managed a large multifaceted Franchise business adding 1.8 million square feet of retail space to their portfolio of over 750 locations globally.  

His greatest achievement, outside of managing clients & building relationships, is serving on the UNITY board, Cushman & Wakefield’s LGBTQ+ resource network, alongside a group of individuals who proudly support diversity, equity, and inclusion.
