About

Aaron is a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield's Equity, Debt, and Structured Finance Group focused on the origination and execution of equity & debt placement for commercial real estate owners and investors. His expertise spans across construction, bridge, and permanent financings among multifamily, industrial, office, and retail property types, as well as specialty properties such as student housing, senior housing, and hotel. 

Over his 18-year real estate career, Aaron has originated, structured & closed over $2.5 billion in commercial real estate capitalizations. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aaron was an SVP at Bank of America and served as co-chair of the diversity & inclusion council for their real estate practice. He began his real estate career at Wells Fargo’s structured finance team, and most notably, helped resolve distressed loans throughout the 2008 financial crisis.

Aaron holds an MBA from Villanova University and a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia. He is actively involved in the local chapters of ULI and NAIOP and currently serves as a board member for the Local Initiatives Support Corp of Philadelphia (LISC) as well as a board member with the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation (CPDC).
