Aaron Valdez is an Executive Director specializing in commercial properties in the greater Denver market. Aaron brings more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience and partners with clients to develop a strategic approach in the leasing, sales, and the acquisition of industrial properties/land, and advises on market potential for income-producing investments. His portfolio includes all commercial property types, and he has completed transactions of more than $1 billion in transaction value, leased/sold more than 25 million square feet and bought/sold over 1,200 acres of development land. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Aaron managed a team of analysts and strategic consultants who provided financial and investment analysis for commercial developments throughout the country. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Science in finance and an emphasis in real estate.
