About

Adam Eason started his career in commercial real estate in 2006, and joined Cushman & Wakefield / EGS Commercial Real Estate, Cushman & Wakefield's exclusive Alabama Alliance firm, in 2012. As a Partner and Executive Vice President in the firm’s Industrial Services division, Adam performs many roles including Asset Management, Investment Analysis and Development. Current assets under management total approximately $275 million across 2.9 million square feet of property.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield / EGS, Adam served as a Vice President of Industrial Property Services for Charlotte, NC based Trinity Partners, LLC, representing regional, national and international companies in lease and sale transactions.

Adam attended Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina where he majored in Business Administration with a concentration in German Language Studies. He is a proud second generation Eagle Scout.
