Adam has over 15 years of experience at Cushman & Wakefield providing local and multi-market corporate services to clients. Through lease restructures, relocations, dispositions and acquisitions, Adam has completed over 15 million SF in lease transactions to date valued in excess of $1.5 billion. Among these projects are several complex headquarters transactions for multi-national corporations, sale & leaseback transactions for both office and industrial assets and lease restructures in markets all across the United States. Adam is well versed in intricacies and complexities of various markets and has extensive experience representing global corporations both domestically and internationally.
