About
Adrian serves as Senior Economist, Investor Insights generating research and delivering presentations for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Investor & Capital Markets business. He draws on over 15 years of experience using innovative market research to help commercial real estate investors of all sizes formulate strategies, raise funds and close deals.
Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, he was National Director of U.S. Industrial Market Analysis at CoStar. Prior to that, he was a Senior Real Estate Economist at Property & Portfolio Research. In that role, he worked closely with institutional commercial real estate executives investing across property types, helping them to author fundraising documents, design roadshow presentations and to identify target markets and submarkets.
Adrian has a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University, and a bachelor’s degree in urban studies and real estate development from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to 2008, while earning his bachelor’s degree, Adrian conducted extensive research on the emerging economic and real estate market impact of the subprime mortgage crisis on his hometown, Philadelphia.
His analysis and commentary have been featured in a range of media platforms including Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, CBS Sunday Morning, and the Harvard Business Review.
