About

Aki has 25+ years of commercial brokerage experience and joined Cushman & Wakefield in the summer of 2011 bringing a wealth of retail, office, land, investment sales, tenant representation and landlord relationships to the firm. Aki began his commercial real estate career in Denver with CB Richard Ellis, where he worked for 3 years. Aki later joined Legend Retail Group where he worked for an additional 4 years and focused primarily on Tenant representation and Landlord brokerage prior to moving back to his hometown of Fort Collins, CO.

Aki is a graduate of Colorado State University where he majored in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance. In addition to his studies, Aki was a starting point guard for the Rams basketball team for 2 years, setting multiple CSU records.

Aki specializes in retail, land, OREO’s and office sales and leasing accounting for over 9.3 million leased square feet as well as over 1,327 acres of land sold and a total transaction volume in excess of $863,000,000.
