Alan Blank serves as a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group based in New York City, bringing nearly 20 years of lending and advisory experience. In his current role, he focuses on originating and structuring debt and equity for commercial real estate properties.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Blank was a Director at Meridian Capital Group where he worked on debt and equity placement since 2014. While at Meridian, Mr. Blank was involved in the origination and execution of more than $10 billion of commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Blank has considerable experience with all asset classes and various capital structures, including construction loans, bridge loans, stabilized loans, subordinate debt, and JV equity.

In his previous roles, Mr. Blank was a Vice President at Walker & Dunlop working in their Agency lending group, and he started his career as an Associate in the CMBS lending group at Credit Suisse. Mr. Blank received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
