About

Alan Wildes joined Cushman & Wakefield, one of the world's leading independent real estate services firms, as an Executive Director in 2011. He provides strategic real estate advisory and consulting services to major local and national tenants, owners, and investors.

Throughout his career, Alan has represented occupiers in transactions totaling more than 15 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space.

In addition to his tenant representation work, Alan has served as the exclusive leasing agent for more than 8 million square feet of premier Manhattan office space. His landlord representation experience includes institutional owners such as Boston Properties, Vornado, and Paramount Group, as well as entrepreneurial ownership groups including Stawski Properties, RFR, and the Sapir Organization.

Alan has also successfully represented tenants throughout the United States, completing transactions totaling more than 2 million square feet across 24 states.

Education

Mr. Wildes earned a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yeshiva University.
