Al Caruana has served corporate clients within the Chicago Industrial Real Estate Market and Northern Illinois since 2002. Since 2002 Al has completed over 1200 transactions. In 2008 Al joined the Industrial Services division at Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois, Inc. in order to support the company’s methodical growth within the greater Chicagoland industrial marketplace, as well as the Northern Illinois submarket. As a member of this division, which is recognized as one of the largest and most productive within the Chicago Metropolitan marketplace, Caruana has established a track record for success in representing the interests of tenants and landlords of industrial properties and vacant land within Northern Illinois and the Midwest region.

Al's brokerage experience began at a smaller localized industrial real estate firm as a Commercial Marketing Executive where he acquired experience in a wide spectrum of commercial property types. . During this time Al was responsible for a portfolio in excess of 2,000,000 square feet of industrial properties. Al has received numerous company awards for achievements and for maintaining his prior portfolio occupancy levels in the upper 90th percentile. Al was the top producer at his former firm in 2007 with 79 completed transactions. In 2013, Al received Cushman & Wakefield’s Excellence in Client Service Achievement Award for the Method Project.
