Alec began his commercial real estate career in 2014 and quickly established himself as a trusted advisor in the Florida marketplace. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Mississippi, he transitioned into full-time brokerage in 2016. Since then, he has specialized in landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, site selection, and strategic planning, helping clients navigate complex real estate decisions with confidence.

Through a combination of creative problem-solving, market expertise, and strong negotiation skills, Alec has successfully completed more than 300 retail transactions totaling over $300 million in value. His track record spans local, regional, and national assignments, delivering impactful results that help clients thrive in highly competitive markets.
