Alec McNamara is the Cushman & Wakefield Market Leader for Retail Brokerage in Central Florida. He is dedicated to serving the needs of retail real estate property owners, investors, and retailers in the Central Florida market. Alec began his career in commercial real estate as an intern with Liberty Universal Management in 2014. In May of 2016 after receiving his Bachelor of Business Administration with a Real Estate Major from the University of Mississippi, Alec joined the Liberty Universal Management team full-time. Quickly transitioning into brokerage, Alec gained knowledge of the retail industry and the Central Florida market. Alec has specialized in a range of services from, but not limited to landlord representation, tenant representation, investment sales, and strategic planning. Alec’s creative thinking and communication skills have helped him successfully negotiate many transactions for local, regional, and national tenants/owners.

During his career, Alec has been the lead broker and directly handled over 150 lease/sale transactions.
