Alex Lachmund is a Director in the Cushman & Wakefield New York Office. Since joining C&W in 2012, Alex has focused primarily on Tenant Representation and has advised local, national and international companies on a broad range of corporate real estate transactions. Alex has successfully transacted in excess of 1,000,000 square feet on behalf of his clients including lease renewals, relocations, expansions and space dispositions. 

Alex and his team provide strategic planning, market research and financial analysis aimed at underpinning the implementation of tailored real estate solutions. With a strong understanding for the business, financial and operational drivers influencing corporate real estate decision-making, they deliver scalable solutions and ensure value for the future.

Education

Alex is a graduate of West Virginia University where he was a four year member of the men’s lacrosse team. He served a team captain his junior and senior years.
