Alex Phillips is a Senior Director in the Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group in the Charlotte office. He leads the Sunbelt Land Team, focusing on multifamily and master planned community land acquisition and disposition opportunities throughout the Carolinas and Sunbelt. He is also a member of the National C&W Land Advisory Group Executive Committee.

Prior to joining the Multifamily Advisory Group, Alex worked for Furman Capital Advisors in Greenville, SC, where he focused on multifamily sales in the Carolinas and performed site selection for multifamily developers across the Southeast.  Alex holds a BS in Financial Management from Clemson University.
