Alex Maleh is a Senior Director at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in industrial and office tenant representation for multi-market portfolios across national and global markets. She advises clients across a broad range of industries - including food and beverage, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics - on strategic real estate solutions.

Since joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2018, she has been instrumental in advising her clients on portfolio strategy and centralizing of real estate. Her responsibilities and skills include transaction management, financial analysis, site selection as well as negotiations for acquisitions, dispositions and leasing.

Alex is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she earned a BBA in Marketing. She is also a licensed real estate broker in Illinois.
