About

Alicia is a Senior Vice President in the Retail Department, specializing in both Landlord and Tenant representation. She specializes in Landlord representation for neighborhood retail centers, strip retail centers, free-standing buildings, land sales and restaurants. Alicia provides her landlords with preleasing services for new and redevelopment projects as well as market knowledge for value-add properties. She also assists national and local retailers with their site selection and lease negotiations. Prior to joining Thalhimer in 2011, Alicia worked in the insurance industry for over ten years.
