Andrea Burg joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager. Andrea brings over twenty (20) years of metro Detroit-based project delivery building experience, including base building construction and renovation, tenant improvements, and pre-construction consulting. She is responsible for technical project support, project budgeting and financial management, scheduling, procurement, and risk management. She has a deep understanding of project development processes for lease requirements, budget, schedule, quality and risk. In her role, she has provided project management services for several build to suit and interior renovations projects for office and industrial clients.

Prior to working at Cushman & Wakefield, Andrea was the Real Estate Services Director for Clinical and FM Portfolio Project Delivery at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, she was responsible for the capital planning and project delivery for all office, clinical, pharmacy and facility maintenance projects for the US-based Optum portfolio. She led the 16-person program/project management team in implementing projects that met customer budget, schedule and quality requirements. She also provided portfolio management services for a newly acquired health system including project delivery oversight for a 366,000 square foot $183M consolidation of ambulatory and clinical space.
