As Chief Financial Officer, Americas at Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew leads all financial operations for the firm’s largest region. He partners with business leaders to provide reporting and analytics that inform the insights, decisions and investments driving sustainable, long-term growth. 

Andrew joined Cushman & Wakefield nearly a decade ago and has held several senior leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer, Global Occupier Services (GOS), where he supported the strategic growth and enhanced financial performance of the GOS business. Previously, as SVP of Financial Operations and Global Treasurer, he spearheaded the recapitalization and refinancing of the firm’s debt structure and optimized working capital to maximize free cash flow. Additionally, Andrew played a key role in shaping the firm’s acquisition and disposition strategy as Vice President of Strategy, Investments & M&A.  

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew spent three years at UBS Investment Bank, where he executed M&A and capital markets transactions for real estate and services businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from DePaul University.
